Hey friends! We've had a few people reach out asking about the self care plan template. If you do not have access to a printer, that is a-ok! You can still follow along with the prompts that Melanie gives throughout this challenge and simply jot down the action steps you would like to take each week in a journal or on a scrap piece of paper! The template is simply for those who want to keep it organized or to have a cute looking plan at the end. :)
